Word Is Bond ("WB", "we") provides automated testing and quality assurance for voice AI agents: synthetic-persona callers drive an agent you control and return scored transcripts, regressions, and metrics. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
You may direct WB to place calls or open sessions only to phone numbers, SIP URIs, or WebSocket endpoints that you own or are explicitly authorized to test, or to WB's own demo agent. Before WB will dial a PSTN destination you must complete ownership verification for that number (a one-time code we read to the number). You are responsible for all consent and telecommunications-law obligations for the systems you test. Using WB to contact third parties without authorization is prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Usage is metered per tenant: test-call minutes (metered separately for PSTN and SIP/WebRTC-direct transports) and text-to-speech characters. The free tier is limited to SIP/WebRTC-direct testing and hard-stops at its monthly quota. Paid plans may incur per-minute overage beyond their included quota at the rates shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are added via Stripe Tax.
You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. New paid subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rata refund within 14 days of the initial charge. Overage already incurred is non-refundable.
To protect the platform we enforce per-plan rate limits, concurrency caps, and daily spend
ceilings. Requests that would exceed these limits are rejected (HTTP 429).
We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized outreach.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. WB is a testing tool; you remain responsible for the production behavior of the agents you build and operate.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
