Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data Word Is Bond stores when you use the service and who processes it on our behalf.

1. What we store

• Account data: your name, email, organization, plan, and Stripe customer reference.
• Test targets: the phone numbers, SIP URIs, or WebSocket endpoints you register and verify for testing.
• Call artifacts: audio recordings and transcripts of the test calls you run, plus derived scores and metrics.

2. Retention

By default, recordings are retained for 90 days and transcripts for 1 year, after which they are deleted. Retention may be configured per tenant. You can request export or deletion of your data at any time (see §4).

3. Sub-processors

We route data through the following processors solely to provide the service:

• Telnyx — PSTN/SIP telephony
• Deepgram — speech-to-text
• Anthropic — language model (persona + scoring)
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech
• Stripe — payments
• Neon — database
• Cloudflare — compute, storage & CDN

4. Your rights

You may request a full export of your account's data, or its deletion, from your account settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account cascades to remove your contacts, campaigns, call logs, recordings, and transcripts.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Provider API keys and secrets are held as platform secrets, never exposed to clients. Inbound webhooks are cryptographically verified.
